3.Mastek Integrated Systems is based out of Seenappa Reddy in Whitefield, Bangalore. If you know anything about Bangalore, you know the traffic in Whitefield can be a real headache. We spend a lot of time just getting to the office. The building itself is okay, nothing too modern, but it does the job. We work on systems and integration, which sounds complicated, but it’s really just a lot of troubleshooting and making sure parts talk to each other correctly. Our team is small. We don't have big meetings in glass rooms. We usually just huddle around someone's desk and look at a screen until the problem is fixed. The pin code here is 66, and it’s a busy part of Karnataka. There are always new buildings going up around us. Sometimes the construction noise is a bit much. We eat our lunch together most days, usually something brought from home. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment where everyone is stressed out about targets. We just want to finish the work and go home before the evening traffic gets even worse. The office has a few plants that someone forgets to water, and there’s always a stack of old folders in the corner. It feels like a real place because it is. We are just trying to keep the systems running and make sure everything stays integrated properly for our clients.
