Windsor Mens Saloon

The shop, Windsor Mens Saloon, is right on Modi Hospital Road in Mahalakshmipuram Layout. We are at number 16. If you are stuck at the Modi hospital signal, you can usually see our sign from there. It’s a busy road with a lot of cars and buses going by all day long. Sometimes the dust from the street comes in, so we are always dusting the shelves and the glass. We’ve been here for a while now. Most of our regulars come from the nearby houses in the layout. They know where we are. Inside, it’s just a standard setup. We have the chairs lined up and the usual magazines on the table for people waiting their turn. It gets a bit crowded on Sunday mornings, that is when everyone wants a trim before the week starts. We don't do anything too complicated here. Just haircuts and shaves like any other place. The neighborhood has changed a bit over the years, more shops have opened up around us, but we just keep doing our thing. The signal gets loud during peak hours, but inside it’s okay. We keep the fan running to stay cool. It’s a practical place for a quick cut. Nothing fancy. We just focus on getting the job done so people can get back to their day. That's about it for us here in Bangalore. It is a good spot for a salon.
