Windflower Masala

We are located over at 321 on the 15th Cross. Being in RMV Second Stage, specifically Dollars Colony, makes it easy for folks to drop in. Windflower Masala started out small. We mostly focus on getting the blends right. The smell of spices is always hanging in the air around here. Some neighbors say they can tell when we’re working just by the scent. It’s a quiet enough street, but we stay pretty active inside. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the grinding and packing. Sometimes the machines are a bit loud, but that’s part of the job. We try to keep things clean and organized. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. Your hands get stained sometimes, but you get used to it. We’ve been at this for a while now. People come by looking for specific things for their kitchens. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth seems to work okay for us in this part of town. The 15th Cross is a nice spot to be. We just focus on the masalas and making sure everything is packed up right for whoever needs it. It’s simple work but it keeps us on our feet all day long. Sometimes we run out of a certain pepper or seed and have to wait for the next delivery. That’s just how it goes when you’re small. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
