We operate Bhat Foods out of a small place at number 8 on 8th Main in Mahalakshmi Layout. It’s a nice enough neighborhood, mostly residential with some shops scattered around. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know us. It’s not a massive factory or anything like that. We keep things on a smaller scale so we can actually see what’s going on. The kitchen area is where most of the action happens. It gets pretty loud and busy during the morning shift. We don’t have a polished corporate image or a team of people in suits. Most of us are just in our regular clothes, working away at the food. 8th Main is usually pretty quiet in the afternoons, which is a nice break from the morning rush. We don’t spend much time on the computer or writing long reports. We’re more about the actual cooking and packing. The layout here has changed a bit over time, but we’ve stuck to our little corner. Sometimes we run out of space for all the supplies, so it gets a bit crowded in the back. But we manage. It’s a local business run by people who actually live nearby. We don't have any big mission statements or fancy goals. We just make the food, pack it up, and make sure it goes where it's supposed to. That's the way we've always done things here and it works for us.
