We’ve been here at 17, 4th Block on Tumkur Road for a while now. G.G. Palya is a busy spot, always lots of trucks moving around and a lot of noise from the main road. Mostly we just focus on getting the orders out to the people who need them. The warehouse is big and it gets pretty dusty inside, but that's just part of working with spices every day. Some days are slow and quiet, but usually, it's just a lot of checking bags and making sure the labels are stuck on right. We aren't a fancy office with glass walls or anything. It’s mostly just us in our work clothes, keeping track of what comes in and what goes out on the loading dock. The traffic on Tumkur Road can be a real pain, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work. If you've ever been past the 4th Block, you probably know the building. It’s just a plain, grey structure. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. Inside, it’s mostly just metal shelves and stacks of heavy bags. We spend most of our time just organizing the inventory so we don't lose track of things. It's nothing special, just honest work that needs doing. Sometimes the weather makes it really humid, and we have to watch the stock closely so it stays dry. We keep the big doors open for some air when it's hot.
