Pellagic Food Ingredients Private Limited is based out of Sri Laxmi Niwas, which is number 371 on 9th Main in the A Block of AECS Layout. We are pretty close to Chaitanya School and Kudu Gate. It is a residential-feeling area, but we run our food ingredient business from here. It is a bit of a quiet spot, which is actually quite nice when things get stressful during the week. We spend most of our time dealing with different types of food ingredients and samples. The office is tucked away in the layout, so it is not always the easiest place for delivery drivers to find on their maps. We often have to go out to the main road to flag them down so they do not get lost. Inside, it is mostly shelves filled with various jars and a couple of desks where we handle all the paperwork. It is a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to packing up small boxes for shipping. We don’t have any corporate slogans or big mission statements. We just try to make sure we have what people are looking for when they call. The walk to the nearby shops for lunch is a nice break during the day. Sometimes the neighborhood dogs bark a bit too much, but otherwise, it is a peaceful place to work. We aren't looking to expand into some giant empire; we just like doing our work here.
