Our office for Wienerberger Brick Industry Pvt. Ltd. is on the ground floor of Balaji Nilaya, which is at 3A/9 on 15th Cross in Mahalakshmi Layout. It’s a decent area of Bangalore, fairly residential but with plenty of businesses tucked away in the side streets. Since we are in the brick industry, we spend a lot of time talking about building materials and construction schedules. The office isn't very large, just enough room for our desks and some samples of what we provide. We don't go for anything too flashy. It’s just a place to meet and get the paperwork done. Most of us here have a good understanding of how the local market works and what people need when they are building something new. We don't have a team of people to handle public relations, so we just talk to folks normally when they call or stop by. Sometimes the 15th Cross gets a bit crowded with parked cars, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We keep our hours regular and try to be as helpful as we can without overcomplicating things. It’s a steady job and we like the people we work with. There is always a lot to do, from checking inventory to making sure the logistics are moving, but we take it one day at a time.
