Wheely Good Food

Our place is out in Whitefield at 251/2/1. It is an area that has changed a lot with all the new buildings going up lately. We have a small outdoor area where people can stand and eat. It is mostly a casual setup with a focus on getting the food cooked quickly for the workers who only have a short break. You can hear the sound of the pans clanking and the stove hissing all afternoon. The dust from the road is a bit of a constant thing, so we are always wiping down the counters. We don't have a big indoor seating area, so it's mostly for people who don't mind eating outside or taking their food back to their desks. The menu is pretty straightforward and we try not to make things too complicated. We get our supplies from the local market every other day to keep things moving. The staff is usually wearing aprons that get a bit stained by the end of the shift, but that's just part of the job. It's a busy corner of Whitefield and there's always a lot of traffic passing by. We stay open until the evening when the office crowds start heading home. It's just a practical spot for a quick meal without any fuss. We don't use fancy packaging, just the basic stuff that works for a takeaway. There is a small bin near the corner for the trash which we empty out regularly throughout the day.
