Vtr Catering

This is Vtr Catering. We’ve been based at No.94 on Cambridge Road in Ulsoor for a long time. Ulsoor is an old part of the city, and we really like the feel of it. Our place is tucked away, so you have to look for the number 94. It’s not a huge building or anything, just a regular spot where we get our work done. The kitchen is always the busiest part of the house. We have a few folks who have been with us since the beginning. We don’t really have any professional photos or anything like that because we are too busy working. Usually, there’s a lot of noise from the pots and pans clattering around. We just do things the way we were taught. It’s not complicated. We buy what we need from the local markets nearby and bring it back here. Sometimes the traffic on Cambridge Road makes deliveries a bit of a headache, but we’ve learned how to navigate the shortcuts by now. We don't use any fancy management tools. Just a pen and a notebook mostly to keep track of things. It’s a bit old-fashioned, I guess, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day’s work. If you’re in Ulsoor, you might hear us working late into the evening. It is what it is.
