We are over at 36, 23rd Cross. It’s a busy little spot and we spend a lot of time here getting things ready. Vp Foods is basically just a few of us working with ingredients and making sure everything is packed up right. The 23rd Cross can get a bit crowded during the day with all the delivery vans and people moving around, but we manage. We started out small and stayed that way because it's easier to keep track of everything. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. Most people who know us just live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. The kitchen area is where most of the action happens. We wake up early to start the prep work because food doesn't wait for anyone. Sometimes the stove gives us trouble or a delivery is late, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We try to keep the place clean and tidy, though it gets hectic when we have a lot of orders to get out. We use the space we have at number 36 as best as we can. It’s not a showroom, just a place where work gets done. You can usually smell what we’re cooking from down the street. We just stick to what we know, making food and getting it to the people who want it. It’s a lot of standing on our feet all day, but we like the routine of it.
