V.N.S Gents Beauty Parlour

You can find us right opposite Nethaji Ground in Basaveshwara Nagar. We are in the 3rd block, house number 1015. It’s a Gents parlour, so we mostly see men and kids coming in for their cuts. The ground across the street is always loud with people playing cricket or football, which makes the shop feel quite energetic. This shop has been our spot for a long time. The space is small and we have about three chairs available. On Sundays, the wait can be quite long because everyone wants a haircut before the new week starts. We don't use any high-end products, just the standard stuff you find in most local shops in this area. Usually, we have the TV on some news channel or a movie. The lighting inside is okay, though we should probably change one of the bulbs soon. It’s a straightforward place to get a shave or a trim. We don't do anything complicated here. Most of our customers have been coming here since they were kids. It’s nice to see them grow up and bring their own kids in. If you are near Nethaji Ground, you can't miss us. It’s a very local vibe. We try to keep the combs clean and the scissors sharp for every person. That's about all there is to it. Just a regular shop in a busy part of Bangalore.
