We are located right near the Ayyappa Temple on 4th cross in Kalasipalyam. If you know the area, you know it’s always crowded with trucks and people moving goods. Our spot is pretty much in the middle of all that action. We handle transport, mostly moving stuff from one point to another in big lorries. It’s a bit of a chaotic business because drivers get delayed by traffic or weather all the time. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking where a truck is or why it hasn’t reached yet. The office isn't much to look at, just a place to keep the logs and wait for the next load to come in. There is always a smell of diesel and dust in the air around here. We’ve been in Kalasipalyam for a long time, so we know most of the other transporters nearby. Sometimes we help each other out when a vehicle breaks down on the highway. We don’t have fancy tracking software; we just know the routes and the guys driving them. It’s hard work and the hours are long, often starting way before the sun comes up. We just try to get the bags and boxes delivered without them getting damaged or lost along the way. It's a basic setup but it works for us and the people who hire us to move their things across the state. We just take it one load at a time every day.
