We are located over at 180 Bommasandra in Thimmanahalli Village. It’s right across from the SKF Bearing Company, which most people around here know pretty well. Our day usually starts early when the first trucks pull up and the noise from the main road starts picking up. It gets a bit dusty being where we are, but that’s just how it is in this part of the village. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we handle all the paperwork for the parcels coming in and going out. Most of us have been working here for a while now, so we know the routine of sorting through everything. Some days are busier than others, especially when a lot of deliveries arrive at once and the space gets cramped with boxes stacked up. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the logs to make sure things are moving. You can hear the traffic from the SKF side all day long. We usually take our breaks when things quiet down a little bit. It’s a straightforward operation at Arc Parcel Service Pvt Ltd. We don’t have a big lobby or anything like that. People just drop by or the drivers come in to get their next load. It’s mostly about keeping track of the inventory and making sure the gate is clear for the vehicles. The weather can be a bit much in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going and just get on with the work. We try to stay organized but with so many boxes, it's a constant task.
