Our spot is right on Silver Jubilee Park Road, number 64/5, near Crawford Market. If you know this area, you know how loud and crowded it gets. We have been here dealing with bearings for a long time. The shop is filled with those heavy cardboard boxes and the smell of grease. It is a very specific kind of business. People come in looking for a very particular size or a specific brand, and usually, their machine is broken down so they are in a bit of a rush. My hands are almost always dirty from handling the metal parts to show customers the difference in quality. We have everything stacked up to the ceiling. It can be hard to find things sometimes if I don't stay organized. S S Musafir Khana Road is always blocked with carts and trucks, so getting our own stock delivered is a headache every single week. We just deal with it. I have some old catalogs on the desk that are falling apart, but they have the part numbers I need. Most of the regulars are mechanics or factory guys who have been coming here since they were young. We don't do anything fancy with the display. It is just metal and shelves. It is honest work and it keeps the machinery in this part of the city moving. I usually drink my tea standing up because there is no room to sit down and the phone keeps ringing constantly.
