Vintel Technologies

Vintel Technologies is located over on Residency Road, right near Kandivali Road. It’s a place that feels very lived-in. There are old boxes of hardware sitting in the hallway and the carpet is starting to wear thin in the spots where we walk the most. We’ve been operating out of this space for some time now. It’s not the biggest office you’ll ever see, but it fits us just fine. The desks are a bit mismatched because we’ve added more over the years as we needed them. Most mornings start with someone complaining about the traffic on the way in. We do a lot of technical stuff, which means there’s usually a lot of talk about servers and connections. It’s the kind of place where you can wear a t-shirt and nobody cares. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a person waiting at a desk to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and find someone who isn't too busy to help. The windows let in some decent light, but we keep the blinds down mostly to avoid the glare on our screens. Lunch is often eaten at our desks while watching videos or reading the news. It’s a straightforward environment without any of the extra stuff you see in big corporate offices. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and then lock up and head home to get away from the screens for a while.
