Vinayka Caterers

This is Vinayka Caterers. We operate out of No.1401 over in HSR Layout. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. HSR is a big area, but we’ve managed to find our corner and stick to it. I started this because I just liked being around food and seeing people eat. It’s a lot of hard work, honestly. My hands are usually busy with something or the other in the kitchen. We don't spend much time on the computer or making things look pretty for the internet. We’re mostly focused on what’s happening right in front of us at the moment. Our address is easy to find if you know the layout well enough. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when we have a lot of orders piled up on the counter. We just take it one day at a time. The staff here are mostly local people who live nearby. We’ve known each other for years. It feels more like a house than an office most of the time. We don’t have any big titles or fancy uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable and get the job done. If the phone rings, someone usually picks it up eventually. We just want to do our work and go home to our families at the end of the day. That’s pretty much us and what we do at HSR.
