Vijetha Thermax Channel Associate

Our office is over in Tingre Nagar, specifically at 153 in the Vijaya Nagar area. We mostly deal with industrial stuff, specifically things related to Thermax systems. It’s not the kind of place where people just wander in off the street; usually, it’s engineers or factory managers who need specific parts or advice on their boilers and heaters. We have stacks of catalogs and technical manuals all over the desks because there is a lot to keep track of. Much of our day is spent on the phone or checking emails about orders and shipping dates. It’s a quiet sort of work, focusing on the technical side of energy and heating. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we handle the paperwork and coordinate between the manufacturers and the local plants. We’ve been operating out of Tingre Nagar for a good bit now, and we know the requirements of the local industries around here. Sometimes we have to go out to a site to see what’s going on with a piece of equipment, so the office might be closed for an hour or two while we are on the road. We just try to keep the supply chain moving so these big machines don't stop running. It’s a lot of logistics and technical details, but it’s what we do every day without making a big deal out of it.
