We are located on the first floor of the Maliks Building. It’s number 29 on Hospital Road. It’s a pretty busy street, so you really have to keep an eye out for the sign or you might drive right past it. Cvc India Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this space for some time now. We handle infrastructure projects, which means a lot of paperwork and planning happens right here in this office. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms where we sit and go over drawings or talk to contractors on the phone. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep and can be tiring if you're doing it all day. We spend a lot of our day dealing with the practical side of building things. There’s always someone coming in or out with a big set of plans under their arm. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic from Hospital Road coming through the windows, but we’re used to it by now. We try to keep things organized, even when the desks get buried under files and blueprints. It’s a straightforward operation. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People usually just knock and walk right in. Most of the staff has been here long enough to know exactly where every file is hidden. We just focus on getting the projects moved along. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the details are right before anything moves forward on a site.
