We spend most of our time here at 450 10th A Cross in the Peenya Industrial Area. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to park their scooters and the trucks are backing into narrow gates. Digiflic Controls India Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this specific building for a while now. The 4th Phase is always noisy with the sounds of fabrication and heavy machines, but inside our walls, we just focus on getting the control systems right. Most of the guys working here have been with us for years. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of those modern glass partitions. It’s just desks, some test equipment, and a small area in the back for tea and snacks. If you walk down the lane, you’ll see our sign. It’s a bit faded from the sun and rain, but it’s still there. The work is mostly technical, dealing with panels and wiring that go into bigger industrial systems. Some days are slow and we just clean up the shop, but usually, we are rushing to finish a batch before the transport truck arrives in the evening. The power goes out sometimes, and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. That's just how it is in this part of town. We keep the windows open when it isn’t too dusty because the fans don't always do enough. It’s a practical place for practical work. No one wears suits here. We show up, do the testing, and go home.
