Our shop is right there on Sampige Road in Malleswaram, specifically at 11th Cross. We sit directly opposite the Yadugiri Yatiraj Matta, which is a good landmark because everyone knows it. Being at No.342 means we see a lot of people walking by on their way to the temple or the market. It gets pretty crowded around here on festival days, and sometimes it's hard to even hear yourself talk with all the buses going past. We deal with various items under Vignesh Enterprises. It is just a basic setup with shelves and some inventory stacked up. We open up early most days because that is when the neighborhood starts moving. The building isn't brand new, and the floor has a few scuffs, but it works for what we do. We don’t spend much time on decorations. Most of the folks who drop by are regulars who live in the nearby lanes. They know us by name, and we know what they usually need. It is a straightforward way to run a business. We don't have a website or anything like that, just the shop front and a telephone that rings quite a bit. Sometimes we are rearranging the stock and things get a little messy, but we find what people are looking for eventually. It’s just how things go in a busy part of town like this.
