Gifts World

Gifts World is located at No. 12 on the 3rd Cross in Malleshwaram. If you know Malleshwaram, you know it’s a place with a lot of tradition and old shops. We fit right in. Our shop is small and filled with all kinds of gift items. We have figurines, photo frames, and some local handicrafts. It’s the kind of place where you have to be careful not to knock something over with your bag. We’ve been here for quite a while. The 3rd Cross is a busy little street. We know the flower sellers and the people at the tiffin room nearby. We don't have a fancy display window. We just put a few things out on a table and hope people like what they see. Sometimes the light bulbs in the back of the shop flicker and we forget to change them for a week. We’re not perfect. We spend our time dusting the shelves and talking to the people who wander in. Most people come in just to browse while they’re waiting for someone else. We don't mind. It’s a friendly place. We don't use any high-tech systems. We write our receipts by hand in a little book. It works for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Bangalore. We just want to be a good neighbor and provide a nice gift when someone needs one for a friend or family member.
