We are located right here in Bengaluru. It’s a big city and we are part of the daily rush like everyone else. Our work is mostly about getting gifts sent out to people. We have a warehouse space where we keep all the items tucked away on shelves. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the boxes of different sizes. We spend the mornings sorting through the orders that came in overnight. Then the rest of the day is mostly spent packing things up and getting them ready for the delivery guys. We don't have a storefront where you can come and shop. It’s all done from the back. We have a small team of people who handle the wrapping and the tags. It can get pretty busy around the holidays or when there's a big festival coming up. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the floor gets covered in packing paper and tape. It’s just a regular workplace with people doing their jobs. We aren't some giant corporation with a thousand offices. We just operate from this one spot in the city. We focus on getting the packages out the door every day. It's a lot of repetitive work, but we’re used to it by now. We just take it one box at a time and keep things moving. The traffic in Bengaluru is always a challenge for the couriers, but we do what we can to stay on schedule.
