We are located on the second floor over on Frazer Town Main Road at 66/1. It’s a hectic street, but once you get upstairs, things settle down a little bit. We deal with insurance stuff all day, which means there are files piled up in almost every corner. It’s not the most exciting-looking office, but we know where everything is. The phones ring quite a bit, and there’s usually someone explaining a policy or a claim to a caller. We’ve been in this spot for a good while. The stairs are a bit steep, so we tell people to take their time coming up. Frazer Town has a lot of good food nearby, which is the best part of working here. We usually take turns going out to get snacks for the office in the late afternoon. It’s a small group of us working here. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. We just come in, handle the paperwork, and try to make sure we don't miss any deadlines. The overhead lights flicker sometimes, and the printer has a mind of its own, but we manage. It feels like a real workplace where things actually happen. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of renewals to process. It’s just how insurance work is, plenty of reading and checking boxes. We keep a few plants by the window to brighten the place up.
