U. G Properties

U. G Properties is located at No. 62/1, 2nd Cross in H. R. B. R Layout. This part of the layout is generally quiet and has a lot of trees, which makes it a nice place for our office. We are not a large real estate firm with dozens of agents. It’s just a few of us working from this small space. We have a couple of desks, a few chairs for when clients come by, and lots of files on local properties. Most of our day is spent out and about in H. R. B. R Layout. We walk the streets to see which houses are for sale or rent and talk to the people living here. We’ve been in this area for a long time, so we know the history of many of the buildings. We don’t use aggressive sales tactics or big advertisements. We just listen to what people are looking for and show them what we have on our list. Sometimes the property market is busy and other times it is very slow, but we just keep showing up. The paperwork for buying or renting a place can be a bit of a headache, so we try to help our clients get through it without too much stress. Our office on 2nd Cross is easy to find if you’re in the neighborhood. We are just local people helping other local people find a place to live or set up a business.
