Max Bupa Health Insurance

We are located inside the Anmol Elders Home Care building on Hosur Road. It’s right near Cauvery School. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. This isn't a big glass building with hundreds of employees. It's just a small office where we handle Max Bupa Health Insurance. Most of the day is spent looking at forms and explaining things to people who come in. Insurance is confusing for many, and we try to just talk normally about it. We see a lot of people who are worried about their families. We sit with them and go through the papers. The office gets a bit noisy because of the school nearby and the traffic on Hosur Road. Sometimes we run out of tea when we have many visitors. We don't have any polished scripts to read from. We just tell people what the policy says. It's a lot of paperwork and sometimes the systems are slow. We keep a few chairs for people to wait. It’s not a fancy place, just a functional one. My desk is usually covered in folders and notes. We try to get back to everyone by the end of the day. It’s just us here, making sure people have their health stuff sorted out as best as we can manage. It’s a serious job because it's about health, but we keep the atmosphere calm and simple for everyone.
