We are based in 4th Block, Jayanagar. It’s a well-known area and we’ve been here for some time now, dealing with health insurance paperwork. The office is pretty modest, just desks and files mostly. Jayanagar 4th Block is always bustling, especially with all the shops and people walking around near the bus stand. We spend most of our time going through forms and talking to people about their plans. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s what we do for a living. People come in with a lot of questions about their papers, and we try to give them straight answers without using too many complicated insurance words. It gets quite busy in the afternoons here. We aren't a big corporate office with glass walls or fancy coffee machines. Just a regular room where we sit and work. Sometimes the traffic outside on the main roads in Jayanagar makes it hard to hear, but we get used to it after a while. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but our little office stays pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down and handle the insurance side of things for whoever walks in. It’s a steady job in a busy part of Bangalore. 4th Block is a good spot because everyone knows how to get here. We are usually here until the evening most days.
