Vieclaire Food Galore

Our place, Vieclaire Food Galore, is located in G N R Plaza, right there on the 80 Feet Road in Koramangala. The address is 906/2, which is a pretty busy stretch of V N P Road if you’re familiar with the area. Koramangala is always moving, and we’re right in the middle of it. We deal with food here, so it’s usually quite active. The plaza itself has a few different businesses, but we’re easy enough to spot. It’s not some massive industrial kitchen or a shiny corporate headquarters. It’s more of a practical space where we handle all our food stuff. We spend a lot of time organizing things and making sure everything is where it should be. The noise from 80 Feet Road is pretty constant, but you get used to it after a few days. We have people coming in and out all day. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when deliveries arrive, but we make it work. The staff here are mostly local folks who know the shortcuts around the traffic. It’s a good spot to be in because everything is so close by. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on the food and getting things done right in our little corner of the plaza. It’s hard work, and the kitchen gets hot, but being in Koramangala keeps things interesting for us every single day we are here.
