Basavanagudi is one of those older parts of the city that still feels like a neighborhood. Our office is a quiet space where we sit and go through numbers and paperwork all day. It’s a small place, not a big shiny corporate hall. We have a few desks, some chairs for people to sit on, and a lot of files. Working in Papu Cottage feels a bit more personal than being in a big glass tower. We see the same faces walking by every day and know the shopkeepers nearby. When people come in, we just sit down and talk about their investments and what they’re looking for. There’s no pressure or fancy presentations here. We just use our experience to help out. The first floor gets some nice light in the afternoons, which makes it a decent place to spend the workday. We try to keep things clear and simple so everyone understands what’s going on with their money. It is just a regular local business doing honest work for the people in the area. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon because we like the atmosphere around Balaji Medicals and the general pace of this street.
