My office is over at 1184 in Rajajinagar. I have been working out of this same spot for quite a long time. It’s a familiar routine for me, coming in early and opening up the shutters. The room is filled with books and files that have gathered over the years. I don’t really have a big staff, so most of the time it’s just me sitting at the desk. People from the neighborhood drop by when they need help with their paperwork or have some questions they need answered. It’s a quiet life, mostly spent reading through documents or writing things down by hand. Rajajinagar is a busy place, but my corner stays relatively calm. I have an old ceiling fan that makes a bit of noise, but it keeps the place cool enough. I don't go for big advertisements or anything. Most people find me because their father or their friend told them to come here. I take my time with every person who walks through the door. Sometimes we just end up talking about the news or how the area has changed since the old days. I keep a pot of tea ready for most of the afternoon. It’s a simple setup, and I don’t plan on changing much about how I do things. The work gets done slowly but correctly, and that’s what matters at the end of the day.
