Out here in Bangalore North, specifically at 901 Bapagrama, things are always moving. Our travel office is right in the middle of it all, and if you know this part of town, you know the traffic can be a real headache sometimes. We spend a lot of our time coordinating routes and making sure the drivers know where they’re going. It’s a lot of logistics work that people don’t usually see from the outside. The office itself is pretty plain, with just enough desks and chairs for the staff to get through the paperwork. We get people coming in from the neighborhood asking about bus timings or booking trips for their families. Since we are in Bapagrama, we see a mix of regular commuters and people just passing through. It can get loud with the horns honking outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest travel company around; we just want to make sure the buses leave on time and people get where they need to go safely. There’s no fancy lobby or coffee machine for guests, just a place to sit while we sort out your tickets. Most of us live nearby, so we know the local shortcuts and the best times to avoid the worst of the Bangalore congestion. It’s a busy life at V R L Travels, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
