Our office is over in Newtown Yelahanka, on the second floor of Smk Chambers. If you know the area, it’s on 1st A Main Road in Sector A. Bangalore traffic is always something else, but this part of town feels a bit more manageable most of the time. We at Model Infra Corporation Pvt. Ltd. have been working out of this space for some time. It’s a standard office setup, nothing too flashy. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of files piled up. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We handle infrastructure projects, which means a lot of planning and looking at drawings. It’s not always exciting, but it’s important work. We don't spend a lot of money on fancy decorations or big signs. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on site updates. It gets a bit hectic when a big project is finishing up, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in India; we just want to do right by the projects we take on. If you ever find yourself in Newtown, you might see us grab coffee downstairs. It’s a decent place to work. We just stick to what we know and try to keep everything running smoothly without too much drama or complicated corporate talk.
