Our shop, Bharani Heavy Equipment Spares, is located at 24/1 Ratna Vilas Road in the Basavanagudi area. It’s one of those older parts of town with a lot of character and plenty of trees. Our place is packed from floor to ceiling with all sorts of parts and components for heavy machinery. If you walk in, it might look a bit cluttered, but we generally know where every bolt and gasket is kept. We’ve been in Basavanagudi for a while and have seen many people come and go. The shop isn't modern or sleek; it’s got old wooden shelves and a counter that’s seen a lot of use over the years. We spend most of our time looking through catalogs or helping someone identify a specific part they need for a repair. It can get a bit oily and grimy, but that’s the nature of dealing with heavy equipment spares. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the inventory inside out. The street outside is usually busy with people going about their business, and we fit right into that daily flow. We don't use much in the way of high-tech systems; we still write a lot of things down by hand. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We just focus on having what people are looking for when they walk through the door.
