V L Caterers

V L Caterers is based out of Rajajinagar in Bangalore, over on 20th Main in the 1st Block. We are situated west of Chord Road, around the 560010 area. We mostly handle food for different kinds of gatherings and events people have around here. We have a kitchen set up at No. 419 where we do all the prep and cooking. It isn't a walk-in restaurant where you sit down to eat, but more of a place where we get things ready to send out. We’ve been doing this for a while and have gotten used to the busy mornings and late nights. My family and a few helpers do most of the heavy lifting. We don't have a fancy office or a marketing team. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who know us. We cook standard meals and try to keep everything organized. The kitchen is always full of big pots and pans. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have a few orders at once, but we manage to get it done. It’s a practical business. We focus on making the food like we would at home. We don't use any special labels or corporate talk. It’s just us working out of our space in Rajajinagar. We’ve lived in this part of the city for a long time, so we know the roads and the people around here pretty well.
