V Guard

V Guard is located over at 44, SP Naidu Layout, on the 5th Main in Ramamurthy Nagar. We handle a lot of electrical stuff like stabilizers and heaters. The place is usually full of boxes, stacked up pretty high. It’s a local point where people come when their appliances aren't working right or when they need something new for their home. Ramamurthy Nagar is a growing area, so we see a lot of new faces along with the regulars. The shop isn't very big, so we have to be careful how we move around so we don't knock anything over. We spend a lot of time explaining how the different units work. Sometimes the rain makes the street outside a bit muddy, and we have to keep mopping the floor. It’s just part of the job. We aren't a corporate office with suits; we mostly wear whatever is comfortable for moving boxes. We’ve been here at number 44 for some time and have seen the layout change as more houses were built. Dealing with electrical goods means we have to be careful and pay attention to the details. We have a small desk for the billing and a few chairs if someone needs to wait. It’s a straightforward business. We just show up, open the shutters, and get to work for the day, making sure the shelves are stocked for whoever comes in.
