My name is Usha Rani T and I've been here in Shankaranagara for a while now. Most people around here know where to find me. It's a small setup really. I started this because I needed something to do and it just grew from there. The neighbors usually drop by when they need something specific. It isn't a fancy office with big signs or anything like that. Just a regular spot on the street. I handle most of the daily work myself. Sometimes it gets a bit busy but I manage. Shankaranagara is a quiet enough area to work in. I don't really do much advertising. People just hear about me through word of mouth mostly. If you are walking around the neighborhood you'll probably see the door open. I try to keep things simple here. There’s no big team or complicated systems to deal with. Just me. I’ve lived around here for years so I know the area quite well. It's been a steady way to spend my time. Nothing too flashy happening here. I just get on with the jobs as they come in. If the lights are on, I'm usually inside working. That’s how it’s been for a long time. It suits me fine. It's just one of those local places that stays the same while things change around it. I keep the keys on a hook by the door. Sometimes the cat from next door wanders in. It’s that kind of place.
