Us Pizza

We are located at Number 7, Hennur Cross in the Kalyan Nagar post area of Bangalore. If you know that intersection, you know it gets really busy with all the cars and bikes going past. Our shop, Us Pizza, is right in the middle of all that noise. We spend most of our time near the ovens because that’s where everything happens. The dough gets made fresh, and we usually have flour on our aprons by midday. It’s a fast-paced environment because people in this part of Bangalore are always in a hurry. We have a few staff members who have been here a long time and they know exactly how the kitchen runs. The building itself is pretty standard for Kalyan Nagar, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it smells like melted cheese and tomato sauce most of the time. We have some seating for people who want to stay, but a lot of what we do is for people just passing through Hennur Cross. The evenings are definitely the loudest part of the day when the music is on and the kitchen is full of orders. We don't spend much time on decorations or anything like that. We just focus on getting the food out and keeping the place clean for everyone. It's a basic setup that works for us and the locals who stop by for a slice after work or school.
