U.S Pizza

You can find us at B-104/1 on the 3rd Main. We are in Bahubalinagar, which is a nice little area. Being behind Jalahalli School means we see a lot of kids and parents walking by every single day. The U.S Pizza sign is out front, but inside it’s just a regular kitchen with a lot of flour on the floor and some ovens. Jalahalli Post is our local area in Bangalore. We spend our time tossing dough and making sure the temperature is right. It gets very hot in the back, especially during the lunch rush. We have some wooden chairs that have been here for years. The windows get a bit foggy when the weather turns cold outside. We aren't part of some massive corporate chain that feels cold. It’s just us making food for the people around here. Sometimes we run out of certain toppings and have to rush to the local market to get more. The school bell is like our clock; we know exactly what time it is when we hear it ring. We have a few delivery bikes parked out front on the curb. It’s a simple job but it keeps us on our feet all day. We don’t have a big marketing budget. We just hope the smell of the crust cooking draws people in from the street. The neighborhood is mostly quiet except for the school hours.
