Us Pizza Franchise, Jk Enterprises

We run the Us Pizza franchise under the name Jk Enterprises at No.3 in the New Gokul Reddy Building. This is right in Marathahalli, Bangalore. If you know Bangalore, you know how the traffic is around here. It’s always a bit of a mess outside our doors. Inside, it’s a different story. We are mostly focused on the kitchen and making sure the orders are going out. It’s a franchise, but we don't feel like some big corporate entity. It’s just us and a few local workers who live nearby. The building is a bit older, but it works for what we need. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a bunch of slogans on the wall. We just make pizzas because that’s the business we chose. Some days are incredibly hectic and we lose track of time. Other days, we sit around and talk while waiting for the next phone call. We try to keep things simple. The kitchen gets really hot in the summer months, but we’ve got some fans to help. We aren't looking to be the most famous place in India. We just want the people in Marathahalli to have a place to grab a bite. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late at night. Sometimes we make mistakes with an order, but we just fix it and move on. That’s just how it goes here.
