Universal Water Solutions

We are located over in RMV 2nd Stage, specifically on 9th Cross in Ganapathi Nagar. Our building is number 63. Universal Water Solutions is a small operation where we focus on water filters and purifiers for the houses around here. It’s a quiet enough street, but we’re always running around. Usually, I am out on my scooter visiting customers while one person stays back at the office to handle the walk-ins. We have been here for a few years now. The shop is a bit cramped because we keep a lot of spare candles and membranes in stock. It’s mostly just fixing leaks or changing out old filters that have gotten clogged. People in RMV 2nd Stage know us by name, which is nice. We aren't a big corporation with uniforms and stuff. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get to appointments on time, but we do what we can. The office has a few chairs for people to wait, but most people just call us to come to their place. We keep a ledger of who is due for a service so we don’t forget. It is steady work. We grab tea from the corner shop twice a day. There is always a stack of paperwork to deal with at the end of the day. We just try to keep the machines running right for everyone.
