We are located on the first floor of a building in Jayanagar 4th Block, specifically at 460/20 on the 8th B Main. Being right next to the Jain Temple makes it very easy for people to find us. It’s a relatively quiet spot compared to the main market area, though it still gets busy during festival times. The office itself is full of paper. We have cabinets and stacks of files everywhere because there is always something that needs to be recorded or checked. Since we are on the first floor, we get a good view of the street, but we don't spend much time looking out the window. Most of the day is spent talking to people who come in to ask about their papers or pay their premiums. We have a few old wooden desks and chairs that have been here for years. The atmosphere is pretty formal but not cold. We know a lot of the residents in Jayanagar because they have been coming to this same building for a long time. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of ink at the wrong time, but we manage. It’s just a regular office where we handle the daily paperwork. There isn't much to it besides sitting down and going through the forms. We stay busy enough and the hours go by pretty fast. We just keep things organized the best we can.
