You can find us on the 3rd floor of Mittal Towers, which is right on Kasturba Road at number 9. It’s a busy building with a lot of offices, but we've been in this spot for quite a while now. Dealing with insurance isn't always the most exciting thing, but it’s what we do here at United India Insurance Co. Ltd. every day. Most of the morning is spent going through forms and talking to people who come up to the third floor with their paperwork. The elevator in Mittal Towers can be a bit slow during the lunch hour, so we usually see a rush right after that. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations in the office, just the usual desks and cabinets full of files. Kasturba Road is a central spot, so we get people from all over coming in to settle their accounts or ask questions about their policies. It's a lot of sitting at desks and making sure the numbers match up. We try to get through the work as fast as we can so people don't have to wait around too long in the lobby. Some of the staff have been here for years and they know exactly where everything is kept. It’s a straightforward kind of place. No one here is trying to sell you something you don't need, we just handle the insurance side of things. It is a lot of paper and phone calls.
