Our office is on the second floor of Vijaya Plaza, right at number 82. It’s tucked behind the RTO office on Old Madras Road in Medahalli, which can be a real nightmare with the traffic sometimes. We spend a lot of our time looking out at the road or dealing with the paperwork that comes with building stuff. The office is pretty basic—just some desks, a couple of chairs for visitors, and stacks of drawings and files everywhere. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We chose this spot because it’s a good middle ground for getting to different sites, even if the commute is a bit much. People usually find us by looking for the RTO landmark since the plaza itself can be easy to miss if you’re driving too fast. We don’t really do the whole corporate image thing. We just wear our regular clothes and talk to people about their projects without using a bunch of industry jargon that no one understands. It’s just us trying to help people get their buildings sorted out. Some days are long and we stay late to finish up some plans, but that’s just the nature of this kind of work. We’re just local people doing a job and trying to keep things moving forward for our clients.
