Prakruti Nest Builders & Developers is situated at No-11/34, which is very close to the Palace Garden Apartments on Palace Cross Road. It is a nice part of the city to work in, and we’ve been here for a while now. We focus on building and developing properties, but we do it in a way that’s pretty low-key. You won't find us running big TV ads or putting up massive posters. Our office is a simple setup where we handle the paperwork and meet with people who are looking for a new place to live or invest in. It’s often a bit messy with building plans and site photos everywhere, but we like it that way because it shows we are actually doing something. We try to be as straightforward as possible with everyone who walks through our door. Developing land and building nests for people is a big responsibility, so we take the work seriously, even if we don't act all corporate about it. Most of our days are spent checking on construction progress or talking to suppliers. We are just regular people who happened to get into the building business. Palace Cross Road is a good central spot, making it easy for people to drop in and see what we are currently working on. We aren't looking to change the world; we just want to build decent places for people to call home.
