Our office is located at No. 505, 10th ‘A’ Cross, over in the 29th Main of H.S.R. Layout, Sector 1. If you live in Bangalore, you already know how busy this specific area has become over the last few years. We are right in the middle of all that rapid growth. Working for Ultratech Cement Limited from this location means we see a lot of the residential changes and new developments happening throughout the city. The traffic on the way to the 560102 area can be quite a nightmare sometimes, but we have just gotten used to it over the years. We are not some distant corporate entity; we are just the people sitting at the desks here, taking your orders and trying to fix any delivery issues that pop up. We do not use any polished scripts when we talk to our customers. Usually, it is just us trying to figure out how to get a truck through those narrow side streets or helping a local contractor with his order for a new apartment block. The office stays busy and is often cluttered with papers and samples, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on our phones and checking the computers. We do not have time for big promises.
