Thrive-Cam Toolings

Thrive-Cam Toolings is located at 33/A, 3rd 'A' Cross in the Doddanna Industrial Estate. We are on the 1st Main Road, which is quite close to Peenya 2nd Stage and the Vishwaneedam Post area. The industrial estate is always full of activity, and our shop is no different. It’s a large, open space with high ceilings where we keep all our tools and machinery. The floor is concrete and can get pretty cold in the mornings. We don't have a separate office building, just a small partitioned area where we keep our computer and some files. It’s usually quite loud in here because of the work we do and the noise from the neighbors. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some old calendars and maybe a few photos of projects we finished. Our clothes are usually covered in a bit of dust or oil, so we don't really look like corporate types. We take our breaks together and talk about whatever is going on in the news or the neighborhood. There’s no big boss giving speeches; we all just know what needs to be done each day. Sometimes we have to hunt for a tool that someone didn't put back in the right place. It’s a very practical, hands-on environment where we just focus on getting the toolings right. We’ve been here for a while and the location works well for us.
