Vw Mosbach Cnc Technologies is over in Ashraya Layout, right at number 34 on the 8th Cross in the 1st Stage. Bangalore is a big city, but this little pocket is where we spend all our time. It is a mix of residential houses and small industrial spots. We have the CNC machines set up and they take up a lot of the floor space. They are heavy and make a specific humming sound when they are running. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints or sitting at the computer to get the settings right. It is precise work, but the shop floor itself is pretty typical with tools scattered and metal shavings here and there. We do not have a big sign out front, just enough for people to find us. The tea guy comes around in the afternoon and we usually take a short break then. It is a small team, so everyone knows what the other person is doing. We do not have fancy meetings in boardrooms. We just talk over the machines or by the main desk. The layout of the place is a bit tight, but we make it work. It is mostly about keeping the machines maintained and the orders moving along. We have been in this spot for a bit now and the neighbors know us. It is just honest tech work in a regular part of town. We just keep doing what we know.
