Thoughtsbay Llp

Thoughtsbay Llp is located in Indiranagar, specifically at the NGEF Quarters in Binnamangala 2nd Stage. Being in Indiranagar means there is always something going on nearby, but our little corner is actually pretty peaceful. We are at number 39. It’s an older part of the neighborhood, so it has some character. The office is just a regular place where we gather to work on our projects. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. Most of what we do comes from people just knowing we are here. The rooms are a bit small, and we’ve had to get creative with how we arrange the desks. We have some old filing cabinets and a fridge that makes a humming noise. It’s not a polished corporate environment, but it’s where we feel at home. We spend a lot of time on our computers, but we also talk quite a bit. There’s no script for how we handle things. We just deal with problems as they show up. Some days are busier than others, especially when the deadlines get close. We usually grab lunch from one of the local spots nearby. It’s a basic life, really. We like what we do, and we like doing it here in Bangalore. We don't see any reason to change how we run things.
