Thomson Financial

Thomson Financial is located in Basaveshwaranagar. We are at C/4 Kamala Nagar, specifically inside the Vims Apartments. It is a bit of an unusual spot for a financial company since it is actually an apartment building, but it works well for us. It feels much more like a home than a cold corporate office. We have our desks set up in the rooms, and it is a comfortable way to work. Kamala Nagar is a nice residential area with plenty of trees and families walking around in the evenings. It is much quieter than being in the middle of the city. We deal with financial data and research, so having that quiet environment helps us stay focused on the numbers. We have our computers and some big servers tucked away in one of the rooms. The kitchen is the place where we all gather to have our tea and take breaks. It is just a small group of us here, so we know each other quite well. Sometimes the neighbors in the building pop by just to say hello. Being in Vims Apartments means we have to be careful not to make too much noise, but our work is mostly quiet anyway. The Basaveshwaranagar area has some good little spots nearby if we want to grab a quick lunch. We do not have a big lobby. You just come in and find us working.
