Thirty Seven China Town

We are located at number thirty-seven on Crescent Road, which is right across from Mallige Nursing Home. Being in the Race Course area of Bangalore means there is always a lot of movement outside our doors. At Thirty Seven China Town, our day usually starts early with a lot of prep in the kitchen. We have to get everything ready before the lunch hour starts because things can get pretty crowded quite quickly. The staff here has been together for a while, and we all know our roles. It is not a complicated business; we just focus on cooking and making sure the dining area is ready for people. The street outside can get noisy with all the cars and people heading towards the nursing home or the race course, but inside it is just us working away. We see a lot of the same people coming back week after week, which is nice because we get to know what they like. Bangalore weather can be unpredictable, but the routine here stays mostly the same. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the rush is over. It is a bit of a grind sometimes, especially on the weekends, but that is just how it goes in this part of town. We are just a local spot trying to keep things running smoothly on Crescent Road without making a big deal out of anything.
