The Rajarajeswari Enterprises

Our place is located at 30 on the Doddaballapur Intermediate Ring Road. It is a bit of a trek for some, but being on the ring road makes it easier for the trucks to come and go without getting stuck in the inner city mess. The Rajarajeswari Enterprises is basically a small hub where we store goods and manage deliveries. We have a small shed and an office area that is mostly filled with boxes and old files. It is dusty out here because of all the construction and the heavy vehicles passing by all day. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and making sure the counts are right. It is not a glamorous business. Most of the work is just loading and unloading or sitting at the desk and making calls to suppliers. The weather gets pretty windy on this stretch of the road, blowing dust into every corner. We have got a few people working here who have been with us since we started. We do not do much in terms of marketing; people usually find us because they need something specific and heard we had it in stock. It is a practical setup. We keep the gate open during the day and close up once the sun goes down. Sometimes we stay late if a delivery is delayed. It is just how the business runs on the ring road.
